Fixture Against Falkland Islands Confirmed for Thursday 12th July
Keith Barham, on receipt of the March 16th edition edition of Penguin News (see extract below), the weekly Falkland Islands
newspaper (he is a regular subscriber), noted that the Falkland Islands are touring this year.
He seized the opportunity, picked up the phone and secured the booking.
Newer members may not be aware that he seized a similar opportunity in 1979 we hosted and played
against Argentina when they visited England to play in the World Cup - quite a double!
